| We have provided project
management, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire
protection engineering services, plus construction administration
for multiple branch banks ranging in size from 1800 and
4000 square foot. These bank buildings included teller
stations, customer service areas, conference rooms and
toilet rooms. Our responsibilities included existing condition
evaluations and recommendations, mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, and fire protection system development, air
conditioning systems layout, power device circuiting,
short circuit calculations, mechanical equipment circuiting,
CAD preparation of drawings and coordination with the
Architect and other design professionals. In addition
to design, we also provided MEP construction administration
services for these projects including review of shop drawings
and periodic site visits. |
