| We have provided project
management, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering
services for a 12,000 square foot residence. The design
of the house included living areas, bedrooms, kitchen
and a home gym with 2 person sauna. For the HVAC design
we used VRFZ cooling systems and in floor hydronic radiant
heating. For the electrical design we developed the electrical
system, the power device layout and the mechanical equipment
connections. For the plumbing system, we designed a hot
water recirculation loop and a centralized hot water heater.
The entire project required CAD preparation of drawings
and coordination with the Architect and other design professionals.

| We have provided project
management, mechanical and electrical engineering services
for multiple apartment style residences. Typically, the
HVAC design included residential type DX split systems
with gas heaters. The electrical design included electrical
system development, power device layout and circuiting,
and mechanical equipment connections. These projects required
CAD preparation of drawings and coordination with the
Architect and other design professionals. In addition
to design, we also provided MEP construction administration
services for these projects including review of shop drawings
and periodic site visits. |
