| We have provided project
management, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and
electrical engineering services for multiple spaces ranging
in size from 500 to 7000 square feet. Our responsibilities
included existing condition evaluations, mechanical, plumbing
and electrical system development, power device circuiting,
specialty laundry equipment connections, drain trench
design for commercial washing machines, electrical connections
and coordination with display case designers, CAD preparation
of drawings and coordination with the Architect and other
design professionals. In addition to design, we also provided
MEP construction administration services for these projects
including review of shop drawings, responding to RFIs
and periodic site visits |

| We have provided ComCheck
Energy Compliance documentation for review by the permit
officials for multiple projects. The ComCheck process
includes coordination with the architect to determine
the building shell construction type, energy analysis
of the lights, and energy analysis of the mechanical system
that provide cooling and heating for the building. |
