| We have provided mechanical,
plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering services
for a dental office suite, a breast cancer treatment area
and hospital data center remediation and design for many
different clients in the health care industry. These designs
included treatment rooms, x-ray rooms, supply rooms, waiting
rooms, offices, toilet rooms, dental suites, and data
centers. As part of the design of these facilities we
engineered the centralized air conditioning systems for
the common areas, the electrical distribution system,
the power device layout and circuiting, short circuit,
voltage drop and load flow calculations, the sprinkler
stand pipe sizing, the plumbing distribution piping and
the drain, waste, and vent distribution piping systems.
These projects required the use of CAD in preparation
of the engineering drawings. Plus we have provided short
circuit, voltage drop and load flow calculations. In addition
to design, we also provided MEP construction administration
services for these projects including review of shop drawings,
responding to RFIs and periodic site visits. |
